Prado Possible Surgery

An unfortunate part of our racing, is that injuries are common and for four time World Motocross Champion, Jorge Prado his latest supercross injury might have caused enough damage that he will need surgery. RacerX in America posted this below.

“Jorge Prado (Shoulder) Out for Glendale Supercross Kawasaki racing posted on its social media account last night that Jorge Prado, who suffered a dislocated shoulder in qualifying at Anaheim 2, is out for this weekend’s Glendale Supercross. Missing one race is not a huge surprise considering the injury, but a bigger question is, how long will it be before he actually returns to the track? RacerX has heard from sources that Prado may now need surgery on the shoulder, and if that’s the case his return will certainly be delayed quite a bit .”

Riding a new bike, in a new sport seems to have been too much for Prado, and if he does spent some time on the couch, we all wish him all the luck in his recovery.

Lets hope the Spanish rider is back and can at least compete in all the rounds of the AMA Nationals. The life of a Grand Prix rider going supercross racing continues, often with the same story.
