The kid is special and we saw it in 2024 and we are seeing it in 2025. Lucas Coenen of the Red Bull KTM factory team is probably just weeks away from grabbing his first ever Grand Prix victory in the MXGP class and while that statement could be called a little too positive, he just looks so good, that it is hard to NOT see him doing it.

His podium last weekend in France was exciting and his Saturday qualification win, was what many of us expected. His off-season wrist injury caused his start to the 2025 season to be a little underwhelming, but we can see the speed coming back and WOW.
