Jett Lawrence took his fifth race win in the second SX1 race today in Paris. The Aussie hunted down early leader, Cooper Webb and made a pass in the whoops section, where the HRC man was super-fast. Third was Hunter Lawrence.

Jett Lawrence: One more to go a little longer one, so we will go and regroup and try and it that one. We had a good battle and I missed the triple and he got me and it was good.

Jett Lawrence led, but then Cooper Webb snuck up the inside to take the lead and Webb looking very fast. Stewart caught behind a crashed rider and back in seventh. Webb getting away from Lawrence, with Hunter third, then Tixier, Aranda, and Stewart. Ferrandis in ninth place.

Webb with now a one second lead over Lawrence and the Aussie seemed to be making up grong. Ferrandis making small mistakes back in the field and Lawrence was all over the back wheel of Webb and looking for a way through. Hunter Lawrence also closing on the two front guys. Lawrence way quicker in these tough whoops.

Top five was Webb, Lawrence, Lawrence, Aranda and Stewart. Lawrence tried to pass Webb in the whoops, but didn’t happen. Great race as Webb tries to stay in front, but Lawrence into the lead after the whoops, where he had an advantage all race. Lawrence wins it from Webb and his brother Hunter.
