Some poorly informed media or less than positive people on social media, both of which are usually not at the races anyway, might question why we come to Indonesia, but let me tell you, nearly everyone that comes here, loves it and we are racing a World championship, which isn't just Europe and countries the "experts" tell us we have to race. It is also where the market decided and of course, promoters are here to make money, it would be pretty insane if they came here to lose money, right?

American Jack Chambers of the Steve Dixon Bike It Kawasaki team seems like a young man who loves the experience of life and he shows us his Indonesian experience in this cool video. His positive outlook in his trip might wake up some of those negative people, who just love to hate, no matter what.

Jack Chambers: Such a fun first week in Indonesia for the first of 2 MXGP rounds on the island of Lombok. Had a season best of 8th in the Saturday qualifying race in some gnarly hot conditions, survived on Sunday for 13th overall with 11-14 moto scores after some carnage. follow along for next weeks vlog as well. I had a decent ride in the first moto; I started tenth for a couple of laps but then I was struggling a little with my hands and went back to fifteenth before moving forward again. I actually made the pass for tenth on the last lap but went off the track right before the finish line and had to be satisfied with eleventh. I just rode too conservative in race two in the mud but I still made a pass into thirteenth until I broke off a footrest on the last lap and had to ride round with my foot on the casings. We'll chill this week and probably take a look round the island one day but we'll continue doing the work-outs with runs and the gym to be ready for next weekend."
