The promoters of the Dutch Masters of Motocross have put this message out on their social media pages. Unfortunately, Jeffrey Herlings will wait a week to return to racing.

Dear fans,

We have very bad news. We have been looking forward to the long-awaited comeback of Jeffrey Herlings taking place on Sunday, March 30 in Harfsen. Unfortunately, this comes just a little too early for Herlings and he will appear behind the starting gate for the first time next Sunday during the Sardinian Grand Prix.

We want to remain honest and transparent with this news towards our fans and of course we are just as disappointed as you are and we hope that we will see you all in Harfsen tomorrow because in all four classes there is a gigantic strong field of participants with national and international toppers.

The event is still a mini-GP with Andrea Bonacorsi, Romain Febvre, Pauls Jonass, Calvin Vlaanderen, Jago Geerts, Brian Bogers, and all the top Dutch national riders will also compete in Harfsen.
