While there is no MXGP round this weekend, in The Netherlands, a round of the Dutch MX Nationals goes ahead at the old Grand Prix circuit of Witte Ruysheuvel in Oss. World MX2 champion, Kay de Wolf of the Nestaan Husqvarna factory rider, Fantic factory rider, Glenn Coldenhoff, Andrea Bonacorsi, Brian Bogers, Monster Energy Yamaha riders Calvin Vlaanderen, Rick Elzinga and Cas Valk and Adam Sterry will all line-up in Oss.

We will do our best to have coverage of this race, along with the Spanish championship round in Bellpuig. Of course, Sunday morning we will also have coverage of the Indy Supercross round in USA. For more information about the Dutch MX Nationals in Oss, visit www.motorcluboss.nl

Motorclub Oss was founded on November 1, 1971, shortly afterwards a track on the IJsselstraat in the port area was allocated. In September 1973, the very first national race was organized on this track by Motorclub Oss.

From 1980 Motorclub Oss was assigned the old garbage dump as a new location and on May 4, 1980 the first national race was held on the track “Witte Ruijsheuvel”.

Many years later, from that moment to the present day many international and national competitions have been held on this popular circuit, where a lot of history is still being written every year.

More about the history of Motorclub Oss can be read here.
