Nestaan Husqvarna factory rider Kay De Wolf has added another GP win to his name and put some points on his team-mate Lucas Coenen, who finished third overall. De Wolf went 3-1 for the victory, with Red Bull GasGas factory rider Simon Langenfelder was second overall with 2-2 scores and third overall was Lucas Coenen with 1-4.

Kay De Wolf: It was a difficult weekend with the big crash in qualification on Saturday. I got some bruises and a black eye, but I came from way back in that second moto, and really happy with the win and the weekend. It was amazing to get that victory and I got emotional on the podium, going through so much pain and also I finished second in the junior World title at this circuit, so good to finally get a win at this circuit. Thanks for my mechanic as I bent the bike up pretty bad in the crash on Saturday.

The championship points are now Kay de Wolf 626 points, Lucas Coenen 580pts and Simon Laengenfelder 560pts. So, the Dutchman 46 points ahead of Coenen and 66 ahead of Langenfelder.

MX2 Moto Two

Everts holeshot the second MX2 moto from Reisulis, Haarup, Langenfelder, McLellan, de Wolf, Elzinga, Lucas Coenen, Oliver and Sasha Coenen in 10th. Lucas Coenen into sixth place behind De Wolf and Reisulis keeping both Haarup and Langenfelder behind him.

Haarup into the lead as Everts made a mistake and on lap four the top ten was Haarup, Everts, Langenfelder, Reisulis, de Wolf, Lucas Coenen, McLellan, Elzinga, Sasha Coenen and Oliver. Everts back in the lead as he repassed Haarup and a long list of MXGP riders pushing for the front spot. Just three seconds separating the top six.

Langenfelder into second and de Wolf third as Haarup is dropped to fourth and Lucas Coenen in fifth. Coenen also passed Haarup and the fight for the GP is looking likely to go to the Belgian. Lap seven it was Everts, Langenfelder, De Wolf, Lucas Coenen, Haarup, Reisulis, Elzinga, McLellan, Sasha Coenen and Oliver. Langenfelder into the lead and at this points was also leading the GP.

Lucas Coenen crashed out of fourth and also threw away major points on De Wolf. Lap 11 it was Langenfelder, Everts, de Wolf, Haarup, Reisulis, Lucas Coenen, Elzinga, McLellan, Sasha Coenen and Oliver. De Wolf moved into the lead and with the moto win takes the Grand Prix victory and extended his championship points lead.
