Glen Coldenhoff of the Fantic factory team has started the defence of his Hawkstone Park victory in 2024 with a win in the opening moto of the day. The Dutchman, who is obviously very fast in the sand beat him Kawasaki factory rider Romain Febvre, beating the 2015 World champion by four seconds, with third place going to another former World champion in Maxime Renaux.
